Terms and Conditions

Late arrivals

In order to remain on schedule, we may shorten the lesson time if you arrive late for your session.  The price of the lesson remains the same.  We reserve the right to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.

 

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge for any lessons that are missed without notice.  Any session that is missed by cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.  The credit card information you previously provided to book this session will be used to process or credit this payment.  By providing us with your credit card information, or booking a session, you consent to this policy.

 

Credit card details and payments

All card details will be secured via the online booking system.  We will not have access to your bank account.

Initial Assessment

If you book an initial assessment, payment is required on booking.

Block booking sessions

If you block book two or more sessions during the school holidays, payment is required (in full) a week in advance of the first session.  An automated payment reminder will be sent out requesting payment and a statement of account will be provided summarising all the transactions.

Weekly sessions

Payment is required to be settled immediately following the session.

Insurance

We hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance with Hiscox Business Insurance.  Hiscox Underwriting Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.  Hiscox Underwriting Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 02373789 and registered office at 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ.
